*Decorative planters are termed when they comes without drainage hole, thus we usually use them as a cache pot, where should you like to pair with a plant, the plant will come with a suitable growpot, and placed into the decorative pot. We indicate whether a pot comes with drainage hole on all our product listings.
Grow pot is an assorted plastic pot, that your plants would be potted in.

DELIVERY

We offer a door-to-door delivery service 7 days a week. At the checkout you can choose your preferred delivery slot from those available. We even offer same day delivery within a few hours (express delivery fees may apply).

PLEASE NOTE: Our delivery service is door-to-door. Our drivers will deliver your items to your door or other designated area. For security and safety reasons our drivers are not authorised to enter your home so if you're ordering heavy items, please ensure you have the means to bring them inside.

We're unable to accept returns or exchanges of plants so please check carefully before you place your order.

Returns & exchanges of non-plants items will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not applicable during promotions and sales.

Resin can be moulded into a variety of shapes and infused with different colours and elements, making it an increasingly popular material for modern crafting. Resin planters are strong, relatively lightweight and impermeable. They’re also less prone to cracking than ceramic, cement and terracotta vessels.
