*Decorative planters are termed when they comes without drainage hole, thus we usually use them as a cache pot, where should you like to pair with a plant, the plant will come with a suitable growpot, and placed into the decorative pot. We indicate whether a pot comes with drainage hole on all our product listings.
Grow pot is an assorted plastic pot, that your plants would be potted in.
Planters refers to the our entire range of planters.

DELIVERY

We offer a door-to-door delivery service 7 days a week. At the checkout you can choose your preferred delivery slot from those available. We even offer same day delivery within a few hours (express delivery fees may apply).

PLEASE NOTE: Our delivery service is door-to-door. Our drivers will deliver your items to your door or other designated area. For security and safety reasons our drivers are not authorised to enter your home so if you're ordering heavy items, please ensure you have the means to bring them inside.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF PLANTS

We're unable to accept returns or exchanges of plants so please check carefully before you place your order. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF NON-PLANTS

Returns & exchanges of non-plants items will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not applicable during promotions and sales.

Please check the product descriptions for detailed information on dimensions and material, and contact us via live chat or email before you place your order for any clarifications, as our returns & exchange policy only applies to damaged/defective items.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately, stating your order number and providing photos of the damage or fault. Once we have looked into your query, we will be in touch with you regarding next steps.

DESCRIPTION

Down to Earth.’s fully organic fertiliser formula has garnered great reviews for its results on plant health. 

It’s balanced mix of Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium (NPK) is suitable for leafy ornamental plants and promotes leaf growth, root development and overall plant health. Comes in a 500ml glass bottle with plastic spray head.

Arina is a very patient, knowledgable and very helpful! She gave the best advice on which plant I should have and how to care for them! And the planters she recommended matched my deco so well!

You can see her passion for plants and it rubs on me! And even though I know I can find cheaper alternatives nearby, I would rather patronnize here because of her great service!

Only thing that is stopping me from visiting more often is the booking of visiting slots. Understand it’s the safety measures but it’s time to review it again as not many stores are doing the same
