Returns & Exchange Policy

Please notify us within 7 days from receipt of your order if you wish to return or exchange any items. Please check the product descriptions for detailed information on dimensions and material, and contact us via live chat or email before you place your order for any clarifications, as our returns policy only applies to damaged/defective items. Our returns and exchange policy does not apply to plants, as these are non-returnable.

Damaged Items 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately, stating your order number and providing photos of the damage or fault. Once we have looked into your query, we will be in touch with you regarding next steps. You will not be charged for redelivery/collection fees for damaged items. Please note that we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange if we are not notified about a damaged item within 24 hours of arrival, so please check your items on arrival.

Unused Items

We can only process refunds for items in a new, unused condition. Please retain the original packaging.

Please contact us to let us know that you would like to make a return and our customer service team will confirm the next steps. 

Once the return has been confirmed by our team, you can either:

(1) take the item to one of our stores within 14 days of your receipt of the item and provide your order number. Provided the item is in an unused condition, our in-store team will facilitate an exchange or refund, or

(2) request us to collect the item from the original delivery address. Collection will be carried out as soon as reasonably practicable and a $10 collection fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after the item has been collected and inspected.

Delivery fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of order can be made prior to fulfillment of your order. All cancellations would be refunded in the form of store credits which you may use in your next purchase with us. In the case your order is fulfilled on our end, we would be unable to process a cancellation of order.

Refunds

All refunds made will be subject to our Returns Policy, and refunds would be given as a form of Store Credits which can be used on your next purchase with us.
