What options do you provide for buying plants online?
We offer 3 options:
1/ A selection of 30 common houseplant varieties available to buy as Potted Plants, i.e. together with a planter. We offer 3 planter options for each plant, so there’s a total of 90 combinations available.
2/ A selection of 20 plant varieties available to buy as Just Plants. These are less common varieties that will appeal to those more experienced with houseplants. You can buy the plant in its plastic grow pot or repotted in a simple terracotta pot. We change this selection monthly with new varieties.
3/ A selection of 10 Gifting Plants available to buy as a potted plant, i.e. together with the planter shown. This selection is chosen by us to be suitable as a gift and is intended to be a fuss-free way to shop for a plant gift.
No problem. At the cart page you can tick a box to let us know that it’s a gift and leave a gift message. We’ll then handwrite your note and include it in a tasteful gift envelope.
Unfortunately not. The options we offer are non-customisable. We offer full customisation in our physical stores, where you can mix and match from our full plant and planter ranges.
Generally speaking yes but as plants are organic and no two are identical, you should expect some difference in form and that’s OK.
We maintain a Plant Glossary that provides care instructions for all the plants we sell. Each plant comes with a QR code that links to the Plant Glossary so you can easily find the care instructions. If you need more help you can also contact us through email or livechat.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges of plants unless they arrive damaged. If your plant arrives in a damaged condition, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we’ll look into your query.
We source from all over the world, including Australia, Thailand, the UK, China, India, Malaysia, the US and other countries. Wherever there are people making interesting planters at scale.
Unfortunately our planters come as they are and we cannot add logos, holes, markings or otherwise process bespoke requests.
Yes you can buy either physical or electronic vouchers in the Gifts section of our store.
Yes, you can return any products that do not contain plants, provided they are in an unused condition, within 14 days by taking them to one of our physical stores. You will need to present your order number.
If your product arrives damaged please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
For online orders, we have a minimum order amount of $35, before any delivery fees are applied.
There is no minimum order amount for purchases at our physical shop.
We deliver 7 days a week and we allow you to choose your preferred delivery slot from the time of your order up to 7 days ahead. Same day delivery is available for a $10 top up fee.
There’s a fixed $10 fee regardless of the items purchased. This works out great value if you buy large items. If you spend more than $99 delivery is FREE and that’s even better value ☺. You can reach us through live chat or by email 7 days a week. Live chat is the best way to get a quick response but we do aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Our customer service team handles all enquiries including about order fulfilment and delivery.

VISITING A STORE
We have a physical store at #01-02, 55 Tiong Bahru Road. Our store in the East of Singapore is currently relocating and will be opening later this year.
Our Tiong Bahru store is open Tuesday-Friday from 10:00-20:00 and Saturday-Sunday from 10:00-19:00. The store is closed on Mondays.
Due to COVID-19 safe distancing requirements, our Tiong Bahru store is currently operating by appointment only. We offer 45 minute visiting slots for up to 2 people, which guarantees you great attention from our team. You can book a slot HERE. There is no difference between Team Tumbleweed 1 and Team Tumbleweed 2.
It’s free to join, you get points (we call them “Seeds”) for signing up and for other things like following us on Instagram. You also get 1 seed for every dollar you spend with us either online or in our physical stores.
You need to log into the rewards program by clicking the little green icon on our website named “MY REWARDS”. Once there you can see how many seeds you have and how to redeem them for discount coupons that you can use online or in our physical stores.

Our whole reason for being is to inspire people to bring more plants into their lives because it’s good for people and good for the environment. Nevertheless, we can’t avoid contributing some carbon emissions to the environment in the course of our business. To offset our impact we plant trees.
