Shopping for Plants Online
It's easy to shop with us:
1/ Start by selecting a Plant.
All plants are available in grow pot options, this are generic plastic pot options in the case if you would like to pair these houseplants along with your own option of planters, or with our planters
2/ In the same plant page, we offer a curated range of planters that you can mix and match, through our Mix & Match Pairing bundle. Add the relevant planters that are made to match your plants.
3/ Additional services: By standard, all plants purchase comes with a growpot. Should you like us to repot them into your preferred planter, simply add the repotting service charge, and we will have it arranged for repotting inhouse before sending them to you.
This is an optional service that we find most houseplant owners do not need, it gives flexibility, and ease of maintenance when we do not repot the plants directly in the decorative planters.
However if you would like it, we offer as a added service. In addition, if you need us to do a repotting at your site, these are considered Onsite Repotting, with difference onsite charges, where our plant team would schedule a time onsite to help with your repotting on your existing pots.

Yes of course. We offer recommendations based on the plant sizing, or planter sizing to match a suitable plant or planter. Feel free to mix and match from our full plant and planter ranges.
Generally speaking yes but as plants are organic and no two are identical, you should expect some difference in form and that’s OK.
We maintain a Plant Glossary that provides care instructions for all the plants we sell. Each plant comes with a QR code that links to the Plant Glossary so you can easily find the care instructions. If you need more help you can also contact us through email or livechat.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges of plants unless they arrive damaged. If your plant arrives in a damaged condition, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we’ll look into your query. On a reasonable basis, should the plant be unhealthy, we would definitely make it right.
