DESCRIPTION

China Doll Plants (botanical name Radermachera sinica) are beloved houseplants for their deep green, glossy and feather-like foliage. Quick growing and lush, these plants are one of the archetypal indoor trees that can transform a space with their presence. The plant comes ready potted in our popular white coloured Little Tulip Pot.

They can be a bit fussy but if you take care of them well, China dolls will pay you back in spades. With a lush but delicate look that's impossible not to love they have a rare ability to make an impact on the feel of a home. These 80-90cm tall specimens are a good size for well lit living room corners and entranceways.

China Dolls need lots of bright indirect light or partially shaded light so areas near windows will work best. They also need regular watering when the top inch of soil dries out, so that the soil underneath remains moist but the roots are free from sogginess. When the plant is not happy it may shed leaves.
