So far so good. It’s lightweight and the wheels hold up well. Especially appreciate the water container at the bottom which prevents water from overflowing when watering. Good design overall.

Loving this pot. The terracotta quality is great and the size is pretty perfect for mid sized plants.

Sansevieria Trifasciata ‘Hahnii Crested’

I chose a baby ficus lyrata to be repotted into a Vanga ceramic planter. The end result is an eye-pleasing arrangement. Customer service is great too!

I may occasionally rate a service/product but am not one that will usually leave a comment, good or bad. However, I felt compelled to due to the unexpected exceptional service I have been rendered.

First, to give credit to the product, the replacement foldable plant rack is excellent - sturdy, functional, a great value for money.

Second, onto what compelled me to sit down and type this long review. In short, the first plant rack was delivered in a timely fashion despite the heavy downpour. Unfortunately, I assumed due to different batches, some parts of the design doesn't match the looks of what was shown on their website. I am quite particular of the details because I have seen the actual rack and it caught my eye. Despite my disappointment, I wasn't expecting much when I wrote in my feedback to tumbleweed. I was expecting a polite "it is what it is" or "take it or leave it" response. To my pleasant surprise, Tumbleweed, checked, verified and make an exchange offer all within a week - keeping in close contact throughout. Naysayer will be saying this is the right service one is entitled to, but I am of the opinion that it is difficult climate to run any business and the for a rack of that price point, I think getting a refund offer will be a fair response one will most likely get.
Birds of father flocks together, my fellow green fingers will hear no end of my tumbleweed experience. I do hope you can endeavour with your great service. Thank you.

I have bought several plant lights and this plant spotlight from Tumbleweeds have met my expectations. The lights are bright enough to make my plant grow and the spotlight height can be extended easily. The wires are well kept and the timer is an added bonus. It is highly recommended. No regrets.
