Leaves look damaged from transport?
We might have left them on intentionally (see below)
or
Plants shift during delivery. Leaves are soft and could crease or tear.
A usual small blemishes tends to be normal. A big dilemma we always have before sending out to you is...
Do we actually trim them all off, or keep them on. and we use our professional idea to basically try to provide you the plant, in its best condition, as close to the shape you need online.
We usually also trim torn edges with clean scissors, which you could do the same
Gently wipe leaves with damp cloth
New leaves will keep growing, don't forget, these are living things!
Of course if its severely damage, we are here to make it right, please contact support within 24h
Missing item / damages
Something from your order is not in the box.
Multi-box shipments or packing error.
Check delivery confirmation email, or your order, there are times we actually ship your order separately in multiple shipments, especially when your plant is in pre-order, and we want to prioritise you receiving part of your order!
If missing, contact support with order number, and provide us a photo with what you received.
Size / fullness not as expected
The plant looks taller, shorter, fuller, or thinner than what you expected.
Live plants are natural and grow at different rates. We size plants by their grow pot tier, height range. Stock from growers can vary slightly in shape, fullness, and height even within the same tier.
Live plants are natural products — some variation in shape, height, and fullness is normal and part of their character.
If it's too full/tall, feel free to give it a trim! Just like us, they do need a haircut afterall! and some times, we prefer to send you something fuller (if we think thats nicer). and we can revert it by trimming!
If it looks smaller, give it 24–48 hours to settle — leaves often perk up and spread after transport. and don't forget, your plant will grow too! Let them spread out their wings! and we are here for you too.
However if the size is significantly off tier (e.g. clearly a different category than ordered), contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right
Style it in 60 seconds
Shape the stems
Gently bend & fan out leaves as per you like. Take note these are flexible. We pack them securely at times to ensure that they get to you securely.
Place it well
Corners, shelves, near windows, dark corners, choose it your way! (no light needed).
Style it
If you have opted in for repotting/style, we would have styled it, nicely on your selected pots. Otherwise, they are best with nice decorative pots! To give it some height, simply add anything that can prop it higher (e.g. plastic pots), and around it, put stuffings (you may use bubble wrap, styrofoam, newspaper etc, or any other material you like to fill up the gaps in the pot to keep the plant stays secure! Now with the top, simply add your pebbles, moss, stones etc to complete the look!
