Our team will come to your location, repot your plants using fresh premium soil, tidy the area, and ensure every plant is positioned securely in its new planter.
Whether it’s one plant or a full setup, we handle everything so you don’t have to.

Availability:
Daily, 9AM–6PM
You may be at home, or simply leave the plants outside for us to complete the work.

How to:

Add this for us to repot on your behalf when you purchase a Plant or Pot with us

Simply add on this and we will have it repotted from Grow Pot into your own planter, or Repot your New Plant, with your existing pot with a fresh blend of Down To Earth organic soil potting mix!

Each repot only applies for one Grow Pot to one Planter according to the sizes.

Root-Bound Plants & Pot Removal

Some plants become root-bound when they have grown tightly into their existing plastic pot — making removal extremely difficult without damaging the plant.

If your plant is root-bound:

• Our team will carefully loosen and separate the roots

• If the plant is fully stuck, we may need to crack or cut open the existing pot to safely remove it

• This step prevents root damage and ensures a healthy transition to the new planter

• No additional charge — this is part of our professional service

• For ceramic pots, we will first assess and advise before removal

This ensures your plant is repotted safely and correctly, with minimal stress to the root system.

For Mini-Small: Max. pot size 10x10cm

For Medium: Max. pot size 20x20cm Max 10kg

For Large: Max. pot size 30x30cm Max 15kg

For X-Large: Max. pot size 40x40cm Max 20kg

For XX-Large: Max. pot size 50x50cm Max 40kg

Repotting Fee is only applicable if you agree that we will not be liable for any planter damage while we do our best with reasonable means and best efforts to provide the service.
