• 1 Month – great for holidays, short renovations, or temporary travel
• 3 Months – suitable for longer overseas stays, relocation periods, or extended renovation works
• 6 Months – ideal for longer-term travel, moving arrangements, or customers who temporarily cannot keep plants at their space

The selected period begins from the date your plant is collected by our team.

The listed price applies to one plant for the selected boarding period, for plants up to our XXL pot size category.

If you have multiple plants, please select the corresponding quantity.

For example:

• 3 plants for 1 month → select 1 Month × Quantity 3
• 5 plants for 3 months → select 3 Months × Quantity 5

For unusually large, heavy, delicate, or complex plant setups, please contact us before ordering so we can assess whether standard boarding is suitable.

We recommend contacting us before placing your order and sharing some basic details about the plants you would like to board.

Helpful information includes:

• number of plants
• plant types
• approximate plant and planter sizes
• current condition
• photos of the plants and planters
• preferred pickup date
• expected boarding duration

This allows our team to confirm suitability and prepare accordingly before collection.

Our team will provide routine care according to the plant type and conditions available at our facility.

Care may include:

• adjusting watering frequency based on moisture and weather conditions
• monitoring visible signs of stress
• removing naturally yellowing or spent foliage where appropriate
• repositioning plants for suitable light where practical
• maintaining general plant cleanliness and presentation

Plants are living things and will continue to naturally change while boarding. New growth, older leaf yellowing, leaf drop, seasonal changes, or changes in overall shape can occur even with proper care.

Plant boarding is intended for routine maintenance and temporary accommodation, rather than rehabilitation of severely unhealthy plants.

Plants arriving with existing conditions such as:

• pests
• fungal or bacterial issues
• significant root problems
• severe dehydration
• extensive yellowing or leaf loss
• existing physical damage

may continue to show symptoms during their stay.

For the protection of other plants in our care, we may need to decline, isolate, or discuss alternative arrangements for plants showing significant pest or disease concerns.

Your boarding service includes one pickup and one redelivery for the selected boarding period, within our applicable service area.

Pickup and redelivery are available Monday to Friday only.

Exact timing will be coordinated according to our delivery schedule and route availability. Please ensure someone is available and that the plants are accessible for collection and return.

We will take reasonable care when moving and handling your plants. However, plants naturally vary in structure and some may be more delicate than others.

Large foliage may experience minor movement marks, small tears, or changes in orientation during transportation and handling. Existing aged, fragile, or damaged planters may also require extra care.

Please let us know in advance if there are any particularly fragile plants, planters, or special handling requirements.

Plant boarding is particularly useful for:

• overseas travel
• long holidays
• home renovation
• office renovation or relocation
• moving between properties
• temporary accommodation
• extended periods where nobody is available to care for your plants

This service covers routine plant care during the selected boarding period. Specialist services such as repotting, pest treatment, plant rehabilitation, major pruning, or planter replacement are not automatically included and may be discussed separately if required.

Our Plant Boarding Service is intended for healthy plants requiring routine care while you are away. It is not a rehabilitation, recovery, or plant nursing service.

We may decline plants that show signs of:

• severe pest infestation
• fungal or bacterial disease
• extensive root rot
• severe dehydration
• major leaf loss or decline
• unstable or dying condition

If a plant arrives with an existing health issue that was not disclosed beforehand, we reserve the right to decline boarding or contact you to arrange an alternative.

While we will provide reasonable routine care during the boarding period, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, natural decline, or recovery outcomes of unhealthy plants.
