Delivery & Returns
We offer a door-to-door delivery service 7 days a week. At the checkout you can choose your preferred delivery slot from those available. We even offer same day delivery within a few hours (express delivery fees may apply). PLEASE NOTE: Our delivery service is door-to-door. Our drivers will deliver your items to your door or other designated area. For security and safety reasons our drivers are not authorised to enter your home so if you're ordering heavy items, please ensure you have the means to bring them inside.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF PLANTS
We're unable to accept returns or exchanges of plants so please check carefully before you place your order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF NON-PLANTS
Returns & exchanges of non-plants items will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not applicable during promotions and sales.
Please check the product descriptions for detailed information on dimensions and material, and contact us via live chat or email before you place your order for any clarifications, as our returns & exchange policy only applies to damaged/defective items.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately, stating your order number and providing photos of the damage or fault. Once we have looked into your query, we will be in touch with you regarding next steps.
