DESCRIPTION
The Asparagus Fern is an attractive yet elegant fern with feathery and bright green fronds. This particular genus had thick branches of close-knit leaves on the stems that gave it a sturdy look, making this plant appear more like bushes than plants!
It is an easy plant to care for. It prefers consistently and evenly moist, but not soggy, soil. Water about once or twice a week, making sure that excess water is drained to prevent root rot. Ferns thrive in moderate to bright indirect light. Make sure that it is not exposed to direct sunlight. Direct sunlight may scorch the needles, whereas insufficient light may turn them yellow and cause them to drop.
Your Asparagus Fern will appreciate increased humidity. You can use a humidifier to boost humidity at home or mist it at least once a day. Placing it in a tray filled will pebbles and water will also do the trick.
Important to know: As plants are natural products, form, pattern and colour will vary.
