Plant Tips / Care

• Prefers bright indirect light
• Some gentle morning sun is beneficial
• Water when the upper soil starts to feel slightly dry
• Avoid keeping the soil constantly soggy
• Keep in a bright, airy environment
• Rotate occasionally for more balanced growth
• Wipe the broad leaves occasionally to remove dust

Fiddle Leaf Figs can be sensitive to sudden environmental changes. Some minor leaf drop may happen after delivery or relocation while the plant adjusts to its new space.

Minor leaf marks, small edge tears, or natural blemishes are also common on larger foliage and are generally cosmetic only.

FAQ

Are split or torn leaves normal?
Yes. Large leaves can develop minor splits or tears from growth, handling, or transport. This does not necessarily indicate poor plant health.

Why are the leaves curling?
Leaf curling can be a sign that the plant is too dry, exposed to strong heat, or adjusting to a new environment.

Why are the leaves limp or droopy?
This can happen from underwatering, relocation stress, or root stress. If the soil is very wet and the plant remains limp, overwatering may also be a factor.

Why are some leaf edges brown?
Brown edges can result from dryness, inconsistent watering, heat, or lower humidity.

Why are older leaves yellowing?
Some older lower leaves may naturally yellow and drop as the plant matures. Multiple yellowing leaves at once may indicate watering or drainage issues.
