DESCRIPTION

The Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) is a hardy, aromatic grass from the Poaceae family, widely used in Asian cooking, teas, and natural remedies. Originating from Southeast Asia, it thrives in Singapore’s tropical climate, growing best in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil. Lemongrass enjoys evenly moist conditions, needing watering around three times a week during hot weather, while rainfall alone often sustains it during wetter months. This plant is remarkably easy to care for, fast-growing, and brings a refreshing citrus fragrance to gardens and balconies. It loves sunlight, humidity, and space to spread, but dislikes soggy or compacted soil. Although not safe for pets to nibble on, lemongrass is a rewarding and practical addition to any tropical garden, serving both ornamental and culinary purposes.

	Requires full sun for best growth (at least 6 hours daily). Can tolerate partial sun but will grow less vigorously.
	Water about 2-3 times a week, prefers evenly moist soil, but not soggy.

Second Chance: Regine Pot FREE assorted plant

A little pot with big presence

I bought this metal pot expecting it to be rusty or damaged in some way in the second chance section. I am delighted with the purchase I don’t see any discernable damage or rust and it was larger than expected which was great! I absolutely love it. We use Tumbleweeds for all of our potted plants and its always very healthy plants with no infestations. The delivery people are very professional and will bring you plants all the way to your balcony if you need help. Thank you!
