I had an issue with a damaged plant; many stems and leaves were bent and broken. I was honestly really disappointed at first because it was such a beautiful plant, and seeing it in that condition was sad. But what truly turned the situation around wasn’t just the replacement; it was how it was handled. Azel responded with such warmth, patience, and understanding. She reassured me every step of the way, even sending a photo of the replacement plant before delivery to give me peace of mind. The replacement arrived last night, and I was genuinely pleased; it was lush, healthy, and packed with care, just as promised. Great plant!
This is a rather tall plant with a thin stem and heavy leaves. And the whole plant keeps falling off to the floor because of the sheer weight and the unsturdy pot. Not very thoughtfully designed and packaged. Very disappointed as its a rather expensive item. Needless to say, will not be buying any artificial plants from tumbleweed anymore.
