I had an issue with a damaged plant; many stems and leaves were bent and broken. I was honestly really disappointed at first because it was such a beautiful plant, and seeing it in that condition was sad. But what truly turned the situation around wasn’t just the replacement; it was how it was handled. Azel responded with such warmth, patience, and understanding. She reassured me every step of the way, even sending a photo of the replacement plant before delivery to give me peace of mind. The replacement arrived last night, and I was genuinely pleased; it was lush, healthy, and packed with care, just as promised. What touched me the most was how the team allowed me to purchase the original plant at a discount, knowing how attached my wife and I had become to it. That gesture meant a lot to us.
